The apartment was reasonably priced and had all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. the location was convenient and easily accessible from major transportation hubs. the kitchenette was well, equipped and allowed for self, catering.

The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar and disappointing. the bathroom was especially dirty with mold and the towels provided were not adequate.

Very good location, bus stop to Pisa in front of Villaggio, very good restaurant, nice and kind staff and excelent food in the restaurant Villagio, very helpful staff at the reception ...

The staff were friendly, and helpful, and actually made a proper pot of english tea, in the bar, food onsite excellant, fresh and inexpensive compared to other restaurants in Marina di Pisa,

It would have been nice to have been able to use the swimming pool but this seemned to have been out of action for servicing and repair, but then it would only be those hardy people used to very cold climates who would have used it. (unheated and out of the Summer season) brrrrr

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable rates for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped, including a small kitchen with three beds, perfect for families. The location is excellent, nestled in a pine forest right by the beach. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Additionally, the breakfast provided is tasty and satisfying.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We were able to walk, with the children down to the waters edge. Very nice location to get away from busy life. We also ate at the attached restaurant, the food was excellent!

Our stay here was great. We were only looking for a waypoint as our final destination was Rome, coming from Germany. This hotel work out great. The two room apartment was perfect for our family of my husband and I and our two teenage boys. Massimo was very helpful. We actually had another hotel booked in downtown Pisa, by the Leaning Tower that we cancelled because of the convienence of this hotel, which Massimo booked for us at what seemed liked the last minute. We stayed here on our way back from Pompeii, which was much better then having to navigate through downtown Pisa after long day of sighseeing and travel. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good and affordable.

This accommodation is situated near the sea and has a convenient location within walking distance of a local supermarket. the bus stop is nearby, making it easy to visit other places. the facilities are well-equipped, with a sliding garden door providing great natural light.

The staff weren't always accessible and the walls were a little thin.

Right next to the ocean, extremely cheap at least when I stayed because it wasn't during the summer

No hot water the second night we were there and they charge for everything such as using the kitchen and other rules

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the beach, just a short walk away. Additionally, it was easy to get to and from the hotel with public transportation which made my travels hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, as it was well-maintained throughout my stay. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and friendly, which made my overall experience enjoyable.

Nothing that I didn't like.

the secure parking on the premises was handy and because we were in a rush to leave in the morning they allowed us to take our breakfast with us in the car (croissants and pasteries) which really helped us out time wise.

the room upstairs was making a lot of noise. We could hear drilling and furniture being dragged across the room which wasn't ideal in the middle of the night meaning we got little-no sleep. The beds were not especially comfortable either

Its location is beautiful. Rooms have lots of space.

Staff was a bit rude and non-cooperative. Don't book this hotel if you want to arrive after 11 PM (no check-in after this time). Breakfast was just a cup of coffee and a croissant.

Staff friendly, close to beach, free beach access, kitchen in apartment, comfortable beds, clean room.

Nice location, fair value for money, nice restaurant altough wouldn't stayed for the full price. Its not fair that you have a fridge and a cooker in the apartment and to use it you need to pay additionaly.
